Provides operational administration across billing, reconciliations, claims, policy and client updates, servicing, reporting, and system improvements. The role validates information, resolves discrepancies, tracks claims, communicates with clients, maintains accurate records, protects confidential data, follows procedures, and escalates risks or delays. It requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, problem-solving, and deadline management.

Plans and delivers IT operations projects from initiation through close-out, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, dependencies, governance, and business handover. Coordinates internal teams, stakeholders, site engineers, and technology partners across infrastructure, rollout, implementation, upgrade, and multi-site initiatives. Ensures delivery aligns with security, compliance, change management, and audit requirements while proactively resolving issues and escalating risks.

Provides on-site IT infrastructure, network, firewall, endpoint, server, cloud, telephony, and end-user support. Manages switching, wireless, VPNs, virtual servers, Microsoft environments, access controls, patching, backups, and security compliance. Supports call centre and omnichannel technologies, resolves tickets within service levels, maintains documentation, contributes to infrastructure projects, and escalates complex issues to cloud and security specialists.
