Manage and support Teradata databases for enterprise data warehouse applications. Provides technical leadership and production support for SAP BW environments, including data modeling, ETL, process-chain troubleshooting, data reconciliation, extraction from Lo-Cockpit and flat files, BEx reporting, BW authorization, ABAP development, and performance tuning using aggregates, ACR, and BI Accelerator.

Manage Hyperion Financial Management processes across two to three implementation life cycles. Support financial close activities, statutory reporting, month-end close schedules, reconciliations, validation issue resolution, and HFM process management. Apply knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS while developing and maintaining HFM rules.

Analyze financial integration processes involving costs, purchase orders, invoice matching, sales audits, stock ledgers, and physical SKU inventory tracking. Apply knowledge of business processes, software applications, business object modeling, entity relationship modeling, and modern software engineering practices to support application-related business analysis.

Work with MarkLogic and big data technologies in a NoSQL environment, supporting Agile project teams and client needs. The role requires industry knowledge in healthcare, insurance, or financial services, along with effective collaboration and responsiveness to internal and external clients.

Provides advanced technical support for enterprise travel customers, troubleshooting applications, integrations, networking, Linux environments, and technical alerts. Handles escalations, documents cases and workflows, follows support processes, writes supervised code snippets, and collaborates with global teams. Requires strong production support experience, system administration knowledge, web protocol expertise, shell scripting, Perl or Python, XML, version control, and excellent communication skills.

Leads client-side support for business intelligence applications, resolving Informatica ETL and MicroStrategy reporting issues. Manages problem management fixes, enhancements, and production troubleshooting while guiding an offshore support team. Requires strong analytical, communication, and client-interaction skills.
