Manage and support Teradata databases for enterprise data warehouse applications. Responsibilities include incident resolution, backup monitoring and recovery, database configuration, partitioning, indexing, migration, performance monitoring, SQL tuning, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and runbook documentation. Provide development support, collaborate with application and offshore teams, support multiple initiatives, and participate in on-call operations.

Configure, administer, and customize Microsoft EPM and Project Online environments. Develop and execute test cases, unit tests, deployment packages, and system documentation. Provide QA and UAT support, resolve bugs, and maintain knowledge-base and FAQ artifacts across project management system environments.

Provides Level 1 desktop and infrastructure support across multiple branches. Responsibilities include managing tickets and service requests, responding to monitoring alerts, executing change controls, performing routine maintenance and performance tuning, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting end users. The role also requires adherence to service standards, collaboration with customers and teams, multitasking, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
