Own client success for a portfolio across JustParks U.S. Everyday Parking Products. Lead onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build product fluency, troubleshoot and escalate issues, run account check-ins and business reviews, contribute to documentation and runbooks, and partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to represent the customer voice and close process gaps.
