Build and ship end-to-end product features across web, mobile, and backend systems. Own product functionality, improve code quality, testing, reliability, and engineering practices, and participate in on-call rotations. Collaborate with product and design, contribute to technical discussions and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and use AI-powered tooling to improve development effectiveness.

Lead and manage the Oobeo/EnforcePlus engineering team while serving as the senior full-stack engineer. Own architecture, roadmap, AWS/GCP infrastructure, integrations (payments, Twilio, LPR), CI/CD, tests, and production stability. Drive AI-paired development adoption and mentor engineers, hire and onboard, and deliver platform modernizations and Django upgrades.

Provide end-to-end customer support through phone, email, and other channels. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, triage escalations, identify recurring problems, and relay customer feedback. Build client relationships, support product adoption and retention, develop client-success programs, analyze data for insights, and recommend product improvements. The role also involves maintaining product and industry expertise, collaborating with the CX team, and assisting with projects and administrative work.
