Own end-to-end product design for a core B2B SaaS product area, simplifying complex financial workflows and designing AI-powered features. Conduct user research, interpret analytics, collaborate with product and engineering teams, ensure high-quality handoffs, and strengthen the design system. The role requires autonomous execution, strong communication, enterprise UX expertise, and fluency with modern design and AI tools.

Design and implement scalable data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, analytics infrastructure, and backend services. Serve as the team’s data technical expert, advise product and development teams on instrumentation and reporting, establish governance and access controls, and document architecture and data definitions. Build data products that support internal and customer decision-making while collaborating across engineering and business teams. Apply modern AI tools and patterns to improve development velocity and data capabilities.

Designs, builds, and operationalizes AI-powered agents and workflow automation for sales and revenue teams. Responsibilities include automating deal intelligence, rep coaching, communication drafting, opportunity scoring, QBRs, forecasting, and deal reviews. The role also manages Salesforce, Clay, and Gong integrations, GTM data infrastructure, data governance, and reusable agent development while partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing Operations.
