In-person fall internship (Sept–mid-Dec) requiring 16 hours/week. Support PR and social teams with research, media and influencer outreach, reporting, content creation (Canva), community management, pitching, and administrative tasks while learning tools like Muck Rack and Tagger. Includes mentorship, portfolio building, and a completion stipend.

Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars, manage client communications, lead content production (planning, talent sourcing, on-site photography/video and post-production), oversee community management and paid social recommendations, create monthly performance reports, and mentor junior team members while supporting agency and client needs including travel.

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, expense report review, month-end reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and support audits. Use QuickBooks Online, Ramp, Concur, Transaction Pro, Excel/Sheets, and Claude to generate reports, improve processes, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

As an Account Director, you will manage accounts, lead strategies, cultivate client relationships, and drive impactful PR campaigns while mentoring your team and ensuring high client satisfaction.

The Senior Publicist at J/PR manages client relationships, oversees media relations, leads junior team members, and develops PR strategies for clients in travel and hospitality.
