Leads national commercial execution across JPI’s multifamily construction portfolio. Oversees buyout, contract management, financial controls, change orders, billing, Procore compliance, forecasting, and standardized scopes of work. The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager by managing project documentation, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing project closeout processes, while advocating for company culture.

The Supply Chain Commercial Lead manages contracts, procurement, and invoicing while ensuring effective supply chain operations. Responsibilities include vendor negotiations, change order management, and project closeout, requiring a strong understanding of financials and contracts.

Leads operational and technical coordination across multifamily development projects from predevelopment through construction completion. Manages consultant procurement and onboarding, stakeholder alignment, integrated project schedules, milestone tracking, design documentation, material selections, issue resolution, budget and design changes, and owner support for RFIs and submittals. Develops dashboards and scalable workflows while mitigating execution risks and maintaining project schedule, quality, and commercial alignment.

Leads multifamily construction project teams from design development through final closeout. Oversees project execution, safety, financial performance, schedules, quality, contracts, change orders, scopes of work, budgets, bank draws, and compliance. Provides leadership, mentorship, and accountability to internal teams, trade partners, consultants, and field personnel while coordinating with executives and cross-functional departments. Participates in design, pre-construction, strategic planning, and regular jobsite reviews.

Leads design-for-execution activities connecting design, construction, and development teams. Responsibilities include constructability reviews, design risk management, operational requirement translation, value analysis, BIM/VDC coordination, long-lead submittals, site logistics, phasing, utility coordination, and collaboration with consultants, trade partners, superintendents, and facilities teams.

Design, build, test, and maintain agentic AI applications, automations, and integrations. Implement AI security controls and monitoring, validate agent behavior, troubleshoot and optimize systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable AI-enabled solutions using integrations and cloud/iPaaS platforms.

The Technical Lead ensures designs are executable and aligns with cost and schedule objectives, managing risks during design, coordinating with teams, and supporting value analysis and logistics planning.

Coordinate technical and operational integrity of multifamily projects from predevelopment through construction. Manage consultant procurement and onboarding, track milestones and IPS, resolve cross-functional design and commercial issues, validate billings and PCCOs, and ensure timely documentation handoffs and alignment to schedule and budget.

Manage subcontractor contracts, change orders, purchase orders, pay applications, and Procore budgets across project lifecycle. Handle buyout, contract issuance, CO validation and execution, budget forecasting, bi-weekly snapshots, and project closeout. Maintain logs, templates, and SOPs; coordinate with Construction, Resource, and Development leads to ensure accurate documentation, payments, and forecasts.

The Technical Project Lead manages risk assessments and project execution plans, resolving issues, overseeing RFIs, and coordinating resources to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

The Technical Specialist assists the Operations team in assessing project risks, managing RFIs, overseeing submittal processes, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, while leading execution risk assessments and supporting change order reviews.
