Leads national commercial execution across JPI’s multifamily construction portfolio. Oversees buyout, contract management, financial controls, change orders, billing, Procore compliance, forecasting, and standardized scopes of work. Manages geographically distributed commercial teams, drives process standardization and operating model improvements, reviews portfolio performance, supports regional expansion, and partners with construction, legal, finance, and executive stakeholders. The role is based in Dallas with less than 10% travel to regional markets and project sites.

Entry-level role supporting low-voltage construction drawing production and coordination for multifamily developments. Responsibilities include updating Revit and Bluebeam drawings, coordinating devices and pathways with consultants, reviewing designs for discrepancies, maintaining equipment schedules and bills of material, supporting RFIs and submittals, and assisting with construction administration. Training is provided, with occasional project-site visits but no installation or field work.

Lead accounting operations for a construction-related trades business unit, including financial reporting, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and ERP integration. Support Sage Intacct implementation and Workday data integration, review purchasing and tax activities, mentor accounting staff, and provide financial analysis and compliance oversight. Use approved AI tools to improve routine work while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
