Manage end-to-end soft cost accounting in Workday, including vendor setup, purchase orders, invoice review, approvals, receipt matching, and monthly internal billbacks. Partner with operations, development, legal, accounting, vendors, and service providers to ensure accurate coding, compliance, budget alignment, timely payments, and period close. Maintain controls, resolve invoice exceptions, improve processes, and develop related training materials and SOPs.

The Supply Chain Logistics Specialist manages submittal tracking, vendor communication, and material lead-time coordination, ensuring all documentation and material statuses are accurate and up-to-date across projects.

Leads national commercial execution across JPI’s multifamily construction portfolio. Oversees buyout, contract management, financial controls, change orders, billing, Procore compliance, forecasting, and standardized scopes of work. Manages geographically distributed commercial teams, drives process standardization and operating model improvements, reviews portfolio performance, supports regional expansion, and partners with construction, legal, finance, and executive stakeholders. The role is based in Dallas with less than 10% travel to regional markets and project sites.
