Lead Joybound's community and education programs: design and run Pet Hug Pack®, youth education, events, volunteer recruitment and training, budgeting, reporting, and community outreach to increase engagement and sponsorship.

Lead and expand Joybound's legacy giving program (75%) and manage major gift portfolio (25%). Cultivate, solicit, and steward planned gift and major donors; secure documented commitments; collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and external advisors; build professional advisor networks; implement integrated engagement and reporting; represent Joybound publicly; meet fundraising goals and maintain compliance and donor records.

Connect potential adopters with suitable dogs and cats, guide them through adoption screening and paperwork, provide animal care and handling, maintain adoption records, support community outreach and retail boutique operations, and collaborate with staff to ensure animal welfare and successful adoptions.

Plan and execute fundraising and stewardship events by coordinating vendors, volunteers, sponsors, donations, logistics, registration, and budgets. Support event design, track revenue/expenses/metrics, maintain inventory and safety compliance, and foster donor relationships to advance Joybound's mission.
