Lead and expand Joybound's legacy giving program (75%) and manage major gift portfolio (25%). Cultivate, solicit, and steward planned gift and major donors; secure documented commitments; collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and external advisors; build professional advisor networks; implement integrated engagement and reporting; represent Joybound publicly; meet fundraising goals and maintain compliance and donor records.

Paid 10-week internship developing professional dog-grooming skills, including bathing, drying, brushing, de-shedding, coat and nail trimming, animal handling, sanitation, and client communication. Interns assist instructors, support student activities, document services in BusyPaws, maintain salon safety and cleanliness, and participate in feedback and instructional demonstrations. The onsite role requires 40 hours per week, physical stamina, compassion for animals, and completion of required training and health-related requirements.

Lead Joybound's community and education programs: design and run Pet Hug Pack®, youth education, events, volunteer recruitment and training, budgeting, reporting, and community outreach to increase engagement and sponsorship.
