Manages enrollments, COBRA, retirement contributions, ACA reporting, tax filings, garnishments, and employee inquiries. Maintains confidential records, supports regulatory compliance, prepares reports, updates procedures, and collaborates with Human Resources, Finance, management, auditors, and employees.

The Clubhouse Generalist provides psychosocial rehabilitation services to members, focusing on goal development and implementation based on individual needs and beliefs while promoting self-esteem and community involvement.
