Coordinates care for 10–15 youth and young adults experiencing first-episode psychosis. Responsibilities include completing intake assessments, developing recovery plans, coordinating provider teams, facilitating recovery meetings, engaging consumers and families, monitoring services, arranging crisis support, and connecting participants with resources. The role requires community-based behavioral health collaboration, regular participant contact, driving, and in-person or limited hybrid work.

Administers the full payroll cycle, employee benefits, leave programs, HRIS records, compliance reporting, audits, and payroll-related financial reconciliations. Manages enrollments, COBRA, retirement contributions, ACA reporting, tax filings, garnishments, and employee inquiries. Maintains confidential records, supports regulatory compliance, prepares reports, updates procedures, and collaborates with Human Resources, Finance, management, auditors, and employees.

The Clubhouse Generalist provides psychosocial rehabilitation services to members, focusing on goal development and implementation based on individual needs and beliefs while promoting self-esteem and community involvement.
