Design and deliver training for volunteers and paid organizers, develop training materials, monitor RSVPs and attendance, host office hours, staff tabling events to recruit and represent the campaign, and adapt to changing campaign needs including after-hours and weekend work.

Paid Fall 2026 fellowship supporting Jon Ossoff for Senate across political, finance, communications, digital, research, mobilization, and data teams. Fellows (undergraduates/recent grads encouraged) will perform event logistics, fundraising support, media monitoring, digital content tracking, research, organizing, and data reporting. Program runs Aug 24–Nov 6, requires ~20 hours/week, based in Georgia with Atlanta office reporting and hybrid options for students.

Build and maintain data infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting for relational organizing. Manage Reach contacts/tags/user groups, integrate VoteBuilder, Reach, Phoenix via APIs, and deliver analytics to optimize organizing programs. Support Special Projects and Data Team; work flexibly including after-hours and travel across the state.
