The role requires relocation to Atlanta, full-time in-person work, frequent nights and weekends, strong storytelling and pacing skills, and a creative portfolio.

Design and deliver training for volunteers and paid organizers, develop training materials, monitor RSVPs and attendance, host office hours, staff tabling events to recruit and represent the campaign, and adapt to changing campaign needs including after-hours and weekend work.

Manage recruitment and mobilization programs to meet volunteer and paid participant metrics.
