The Sales Director will lead the sales efforts for JOLT's media network in the U.S, driving both direct and programmatic revenue while managing relationships with agencies and advertisers.

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in EV charging and digital out-of-home media. Serve as primary client contact, conduct regular check-ins, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, develop strategic account plans, collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, provide sales forecasts and performance reports, and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction and revenue growth.

Lead JOLT's ANZ data, insights and measurement capability, owning attribution, audience planning, reporting and vendor relationships. Build AI agents, automations and workflows, translate complex data into commercial recommendations, support Sales and pitches, present to clients, and drive measurement-led commercial growth and innovation across markets.
