Leads JOLT’s AI-first global operations ecosystem while overseeing Customer Experience and Supply Chain. Owns the AI and automation roadmap, ships operational technology solutions, embeds agentic workflows, drives predictive maintenance and network monitoring, establishes global SOPs, and leads continuous improvement across five markets. Sets strategy, manages KPIs and teams, influences local operations leaders, and improves supply chain planning, equipment logistics, driver support, and operational effectiveness.

Leads JOLT’s global operational excellence strategy, AI-first operations roadmap, customer experience, and supply chain functions. The role builds AI and automation solutions for predictive maintenance, CX support, and network monitoring; establishes SOPs and operating cadences; drives continuous improvement across five markets; and influences local operations leaders. Responsibilities include prioritizing and shipping operational technology features, managing KPIs and ROI, and overseeing charging equipment, spare parts, logistics, storage, and driver support operations.

Build and maintain AI-driven workflows, agentic systems, automated operations tooling, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. Handle monitoring, incident triage, backend production issues, and field-operations support. Contribute across the full stack, communicate technical decisions to non-engineering stakeholders, and improve manual processes through automation. Required capabilities include cloud infrastructure, LLM and MCP development, Linux, CI/CD, full-stack engineering, and strong communication.
