Own Joko’s Spanish merchant business from launch to scale. Responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding merchants, managing affiliate partnerships, negotiating commissions and campaigns, monitoring revenue and conversion performance, building local commercial processes, and coordinating with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Care, and Operations. The role requires developing Spain’s merchant network, improving partner performance, and establishing the foundations for long-term market growth.

Own Joko’s marketing launch and growth in Spain, including localizing global campaigns, planning Spain-specific initiatives, managing CRM and lifecycle journeys, developing consumer insights, coordinating central teams and agencies, and measuring performance through data and A/B testing. The role requires strong knowledge of the Spanish consumer market, native-level Spanish, fluent English, broad consumer marketing experience, entrepreneurial execution, and effective use of AI tools.

Own and improve cashback offer operations across merchant setup, affiliate tracking, coupons, card-linked integrations, gift cards, and merchant performance. Analyze operational data, build health dashboards, investigate failures, design scalable processes, automate repetitive work with AI and Retool, manage outsourced resources, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and commercial teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.

Lead the Business Lines product tribe across online shopping, in-store cashback, and gift cards. Set strategy, prioritize revenue opportunities, analyze funnel performance, oversee affiliate and payment mechanics, improve user experience, manage and mentor Product Managers, define metrics, run experimentation, and align internal teams and external partners.

Lead Joko’s AI Platform product tribe, owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Joker, Gotham, internal automation, identity, security, compliance, and reliability products. Build production-grade agent infrastructure, retire legacy tools, align stakeholders across the company, and measure efficiency, cost, risk, and adoption. The role also involves hiring, mentoring, and managing Product Managers while remaining hands-on with platform product decisions.

Own the Paris workplace experience end to end, including office operations, facilities, suppliers, events, onboarding, culture-building, expenses, and compliance coordination. Partner with People, Finance, and Legal while supporting remote employees across locations. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, ownership, and fluency in French and English. The manager will help scale workplace rituals and operations as Joko grows internationally.

Design and run end-to-end lifecycle programs across in-app, push, and email to convert new signups into high-LTV users. Own onboarding, retention, reactivation, referral, segmentation, and experimentation; partner with Product, Data, and Brand. Apply AI to automate segmentation, copy, QA, and reporting while running continuous A/B tests to improve outcomes.

Own the end-to-end Juno AI shopping assistant experience, including conversational UX, recommendation logic, user testing, roadmap, rollout strategy, quality metrics, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with design, engineering, and the Catalog team to define and launch a new AI-powered product from the ground up.

Own Joko’s Core UX task force and roadmap across mobile apps, browser extensions, and web. Lead navigation, onboarding, login, cashback collection, search, redeem, performance, reliability, and foundational platform work from discovery through post-launch monitoring. Make cross-platform trade-offs, define metrics, drive UX improvements, align stakeholders, and collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver experiences used by millions of consumers.

Own the Platform task force roadmap for internal tools, automation, AI agents, security, compliance, reliability, and operational scalability. Map internal workflows, prioritize automation and legacy-system migrations, design permissions and auditability, and measure time saved, cost reduction, risk reduction, and adoption. Partner with Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data, Care, and product design to align stakeholders and deliver impactful internal products.
