Advise the CEO and executive team on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, performance, compensation, employee experience, and high-stakes people decisions.

Build and lead Joko’s People Operations function across France, Spain, and the US. Own payroll, contracts, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, people data, workforce reporting, and compliance. Design scalable processes and country playbooks, automate operations using AI, ensure reliable employee experiences, and partner with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace Management. Manage and develop a growing team while supporting rapid international headcount growth.

Support planning and executing B2C campaigns across push, email, and in-app channels; create and optimize in-app merchandising assets; produce content with Brand and AI tools; support major commercial moments (e.g., Black Friday); run A/B tests and analyze performance to recommend optimizations.

Support Joko’s paid acquisition creative engine by coordinating designers, editors, freelancers, UGC creators, and AI-generated assets. Brief creators using performance insights, manage creative pipelines, adapt assets across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google, and Moloco, and build AI-powered workflows, asset libraries, tagging systems, dashboards, and automation. The role offers hands-on exposure to mobile user acquisition, creative testing, attribution, reporting, and data-driven growth.

Partner with managers to operationalize People processes across hiring, onboarding, performance, mobility, compensation, and investigations. Ensure fairness, legal compliance with French labor law, improve employee journeys, and support People Ops in process design and execution for Joko's France population.
