Own and improve cashback offer operations across merchant setup, affiliate tracking, coupons, card-linked integrations, gift cards, and merchant performance. Analyze operational data, build health dashboards, investigate failures, design scalable processes, automate repetitive work with AI and Retool, manage outsourced resources, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and commercial teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.

Lead the Business Lines product tribe across online shopping, in-store cashback, and gift cards. Set strategy, prioritize revenue opportunities, analyze funnel performance, oversee affiliate and payment mechanics, improve user experience, manage and mentor Product Managers, define metrics, run experimentation, and align internal teams and external partners.

Lead Joko’s AI Platform product tribe, owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Joker, Gotham, internal automation, identity, security, compliance, and reliability products. Build production-grade agent infrastructure, retire legacy tools, align stakeholders across the company, and measure efficiency, cost, risk, and adoption. The role also involves hiring, mentoring, and managing Product Managers while remaining hands-on with platform product decisions.
