Develop new HVACR distribution business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, customer visits, and lead generation. Manage and expand existing accounts, recommend products and solutions, negotiate pricing, close sales, maintain CRM activity, and support customer relationships. Attend industry events, monitor market trends, and collaborate with operations, purchasing, and marketing. Requires regular field travel and a valid driver’s license.

Provides technical support for hardware, software, networking, phone systems, and Epicor Eclipse ERP across multiple branches. Sets up and deploys workstations and peripherals, coordinates equipment installations and vendor support, manages tickets and documentation, troubleshoots employee issues, identifies recurring problems, and assists with IT projects. The role requires occasional travel, strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
