Conduct catalyst research involving identification, development, synthesis, characterization, and evaluation of supported catalysts. Perform chemical process safety, COSHH, risk, environmental, and occupational health assessments. Provide technical services aligned with client specifications, resolve technical issues with customers, and contribute to heterogeneous and homogeneous catalyst sales targets.

Provide EHS guidance, coaching, training, and compliance support in an industrial process-manufacturing environment. Support site EHS plans, continuous improvement, incident investigations, audits, inspections, behavioral safety, emergency planning, COMAH compliance, safe systems of work, permit-to-work controls, and high-risk activity management. Collaborate with employees, leaders, and contractors to strengthen safety culture and improve EHS performance.

Provides Level 2 operational support for global database infrastructure, including implementation, installation, monitoring, performance analysis, troubleshooting, incident and change management, backup and restoration, disaster recovery, and decommissioning. The role requires Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL expertise, PowerShell experience, knowledge of infrastructure technologies, ITIL principles, security practices, and strong technical communication.
