Partners with regional sales teams to provide financial insight, challenge decisions, and improve profitability and cash delivery. Leads budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, business case evaluation, commercial proposals, pricing decisions, and financial controls. Builds trusted relationships across finance, sales, and operations while translating financial data into actionable commercial recommendations.

Leads treasury and payment operations, including cash-flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, banking administration, foreign-exchange exposure management, hedging support, regulatory reporting, reconciliations, and payment compliance. The role collaborates with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Group Treasury, shared services, and banks, while supporting transfer pricing, process improvements, automation, and ERP implementations.

Performs month-end and year-end close activities, prepares and analyzes financial reports, reviews balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, validates journal entries, supports internal and external audits, ensures tax and financial regulatory compliance, and improves accounting processes. The role requires record-to-report or general accounting experience, knowledge of management accounting and financial reporting, ERP proficiency, strong Microsoft Office skills, fluent English, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder communication.
