Provide HR knowledge management and employee support: maintain SharePoint and knowledge platforms, coordinate HR content owners, administer engagement surveys, support Talent Management documentation, and resolve HR queries to enable employee and manager self-service.

Perform data validation, reconciliation and cleansing across finance systems; resolve discrepancies; support system enhancements via testing; build automated reports with stakeholders; investigate data issues and implement quality improvements.

Support the Maintenance team in planned, reactive and corrective instrumentation maintenance under supervision. Follow safety and PPE requirements, assist failure investigations, write reports using data, complete apprentice training assignments, and undertake tasks directed by the Engineering Team Leader to develop practical mechanical engineering skills.
