Maintains the general ledger, performs reconciliations, closes monthly and annual books, supports financial reporting, budgeting, audits, payroll compliance, grant accounting, fixed assets, investments, purchasing, and vendor management. Oversees daily bank deposits, 1099 submissions, provider stipends, and an Accounting Assistant. Conducts financial analyses and supports senior management and special projects.

Provides team-based nursing care in a federally qualified community health center. Responsibilities include patient screening, triage, education, medication administration, IV monitoring, specimen collection and testing, provider procedure support, clinical documentation, care coordination, infection control, supervision of assigned personnel, and participation in quality improvement and staff development activities.

Provides team-based nursing care in a community health center under provider and nursing leadership. Conducts patient screenings, triage, injections, specimen collection, in-house testing, clinical documentation, patient education, and assistance with procedures. Coordinates continuity of care, stocks clinical rooms, supports quality improvement and infection control, participates in meetings and training, and may supervise assigned nursing or support personnel. Travel to other offices is often required.

Provide primary medical care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up. Supervise PAs/NPs as appropriate, participate in team-based care and quality improvement, maintain patient records, perform emergency procedures, and adhere to infection control and OSHA policies.

Collects and analyzes compliance and quality data across departments, conducts audits (including 340B pharmacy audits), leads audit meetings, supports regulatory documentation, delivers training, manages patient satisfaction surveys, creates PDSAs for improvement, and supports contract and compliance initiatives under the Director of Compliance.

Review clinical documentation, abstract data, and assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes; ensure coding compliance, support quality measures (HEDIS, HCC), perform chart audits, collaborate with providers for documentation improvement, assist with audits, and maintain coding certification.

Lead the pediatric nursing team in a community health center, providing direct patient care, triage, immunization coordination, staff supervision, training, EHR documentation, and participation in quality improvement and emergency preparedness.
