Define vision, roadmaps, OKRs, write user stories, prioritise backlog, use analytics/A-B testing, manage releases, mentor teams, and work closely with warehouse and transport operations to integrate software with physical hardware and processes.

Take end-to-end ownership of VAT and indirect tax compliance, translate legislative changes into business solutions, review returns and tax accounting, advise senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, manage risks and controls, lead and develop a tax team, and maintain relationships with external advisers and HMRC.

Support Landscaping Specialists to create and maintain bespoke gardens: follow planting plans and maintenance schedules, clear gardens for projects, plant and prune trees and shrubs, assist with soft and hard landscaping (including laying turf and building features), manage stock/inventory/waste, ensure health and safety, and deliver customer service while undertaking relevant training.

Manage and prepare quarterly VAT returns and month-end VAT reconciliations, maintain tax control documentation, advise stakeholders on VAT implications for business initiatives, drive process improvements, and collaborate across teams to deliver accurate VAT reporting and tax projects.
