Lead and motivate a shop team to deliver excellent customer service, maximise sales and profit, manage merchandising, maintain store operations and compliance, handle people activities (rostering, holidays, performance), and support store opening and change initiatives.

Create original, customer-focused menswear print designs and technical packs for production. Research trends, manage sampling and stakeholder relationships, support product development, present design work, mentor junior assistants, and travel internationally as needed.

Prepare and present food in the employee dining room, support catering tasks (stocking, deliveries, pot wash), maintain hygiene and food safety, provide friendly partner interactions, operate cashless till and maintain vending machines.
