Product Manager(s) for Waitrose Supply Chain to own backend, data-driven infrastructure for warehousing or fleet/transport. Define vision, roadmaps, OKRs, write user stories, prioritise backlog, use analytics/A-B testing, manage releases, mentor teams, and work closely with warehouse and transport operations to integrate software with physical hardware and processes.

Take end-to-end ownership of VAT and indirect tax compliance, translate legislative changes into business solutions, review returns and tax accounting, advise senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, manage risks and controls, lead and develop a tax team, and maintain relationships with external advisers and HMRC.
