The role manages automated customer journeys, lead scoring, campaign testing, sales handoffs, and performance KPIs to support B2B revenue growth. It requires hands-on CRM and automation experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently improve lead conversion systems.

Manage daily accounting in Zoho Books, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals, ledgers, e-invoices, and e-way bills. Handle import accounting, landed costs, foreign-currency payments, GST and TDS compliance, bank reconciliations, receivables, payables, stock statements, MIS reporting, and inter-company reconciliations. Maintain audit-ready records and support timely monthly reporting.

Own end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations for the Chennai office and branches. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and offers, managing onboarding and document collection, maintaining recruitment trackers, and supporting basic HR compliance. The role uses Zoho Recruit and Zoho People and requires bulk hiring experience for sales and telecalling positions, knowledge of PF and ESI, and strong Tamil and English communication.
