Own JNB Bearings’ Zoho CRM and marketing automation ecosystem, including lead generation, pipeline management, workflow design, email campaigns, database hygiene, analytics dashboards, and ROI reporting. The role manages automated customer journeys, lead scoring, campaign testing, sales handoffs, and performance KPIs to support B2B revenue growth. It requires hands-on CRM and automation experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently improve lead conversion systems.

Manage daily accounting in Zoho Books, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals, ledgers, e-invoices, and e-way bills. Handle import accounting, landed costs, foreign-currency payments, GST and TDS compliance, bank reconciliations, receivables, payables, stock statements, MIS reporting, and inter-company reconciliations. Maintain audit-ready records and support timely monthly reporting.
