Develop and expand Jetfly’s Eastern European sales presence by acquiring UHNW clients, family offices, and corporate customers for shared aircraft ownership. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship management, presentations, proposal and pricing preparation, contract coordination, demo flights, CRM management, sales forecasting, KPI tracking, and client onboarding. The role requires regional market knowledge, strong negotiation and communication skills, discretion, autonomy, and fluent English plus the local language.

Supports CAMO Engineering activities involving technical publication analysis, maintenance program updates, configuration management, compliance documentation, technical support, scheduled maintenance coordination, OEM queries, fleet reliability analysis, reporting, aircraft integration, and continuous process improvement. The intern uses AMOS and works under supervision to support aircraft safety, regulatory compliance, and performance.

Manage end-to-end accounting for multiple entities, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, management and statutory reporting, audits, tax support, accounts receivable, and backup accounts payable and treasury activities. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with advisors and service providers, resolving billing discrepancies, supporting regulatory compliance, and improving accounting processes.
