About Jetfly
The Sales Intern supports the Sales team by helping to organize and maintain information throughout the sales cycle, from preparing prospect data to coordinating meetings. This position provides hands-on exposure to sales processes and tools while contributing to the team’s efficiency through administrative and organizational support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and updating prospect and client lists, gathering and structuring information from internal and external sources.
- Maintain the accuracy of CRM systems by entering, updating, and organizing prospect and client data.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal and external materials, including sales brochures, presentations, and outreach templates.
- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to support the Sales team’s positioning and strategy.
- Sales Management team support.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the Sales Training Manual.
Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a structured team environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
