Supports the Sales team by organizing prospect and client data, maintaining CRM accuracy, preparing sales materials, conducting market and competitor benchmarking, coordinating administrative tasks, and updating the Sales Training Manual. The role offers hands-on exposure to sales processes and tools and requires current enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s program, strong communication and organizational skills, and fluency in English and French.

Supports the Marketing team with internal communications, newsletters, social media content, welcome packs, supplier coordination, marketing stock, event preparation, and administrative tasks. Collaborates with Sales, HR, Travel, Operations, and external providers. The role also assists with content creation, inventory tracking, client experience initiatives, and internal events.

Develop and expand Jetfly’s Eastern European sales presence by acquiring UHNW clients, family offices, and corporate customers for shared aircraft ownership. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship management, presentations, proposal and pricing preparation, contract coordination, demo flights, CRM management, sales forecasting, KPI tracking, and client onboarding. The role requires regional market knowledge, strong negotiation and communication skills, discretion, autonomy, and fluent English plus the local language.
