Join the Qodana Core team to design and implement inter-procedural static analysis algorithms and checks, extend security/license/vulnerability detection, optimize analysis performance and orchestration, build CI/CD integrations, and collaborate with compiler and IDE teams to own features from concept to release.

Own workforce planning, headcount governance, and staffing prioritization. Partner with TA, HRBPs, finance, and leaders to translate goals into hiring roadmaps, remove blockers, improve processes, provide forecasts and scenario planning, and promote equitable, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Design and validate scalable, secure finance system architectures; lead solution discovery, documentation, and governance; engage senior stakeholders and vendors; provide technical leadership, hands-on proofs-of-concept, and cross-functional guidance to reduce delivery risk and accelerate finance transformation.
