The Software Developer will design and develop web applications, improve system reliability, and collaborate on architecture and deployment strategies.

Provide technical guidance, pre-sales support, onboarding, training, demos, and promotional materials for YouTrack customers. Manage large B2B accounts, drive retention and growth, liaise with the product team, and develop partner deployment capabilities. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, technical experience with developer tools, independent work in a distributed team, and customer relationship-building experience.

Manage daily office operations, maintain organized and welcoming workspaces, support guests and employees, order supplies, coordinate food and equipment, assist with meetings and events, manage vendors, and support onboarding and offboarding. The role requires strong communication, initiative, attention to detail, independent prioritization, and professional proficiency in Polish and English.
