Own and build JSSI’s AI-first data platform, including Bronze, Silver, and Gold pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and OneLake. Develop governed semantic layers for Power BI, ingest data into Azure SQL and ADLS Gen2, and enforce quality, lineage, security, governance, and PII controls aligned with Entra ID. Expose curated datasets to AI agents through approved APIs or MCP servers while using Claude Code and documentation-first engineering practices.

Provide desktop, endpoint, conference room A/V, application, hardware, and junior systems administration support. Resolve tickets, troubleshoot Windows and networking issues, manage user access, monitor antivirus alerts, maintain inventory, support meetings, train users, document procedures, and contribute to IT projects. The role includes vendor coordination and after-hours on-call support.

Manage aircraft core return activity for internal and third-party customers, including open-core reporting, vendor and customer follow-up, return documentation, RMAs, warranty requests, late-fee billing, and transaction closeout in AvSight, Salesforce, and vendor portals. Analyze return trends, provide management updates, improve processes, and support repair coordination activities. The role requires aviation industry experience, business aviation knowledge, Excel proficiency, and approximately 10–15 travel days annually.
