Provide Tier 2 remote support and administration for Microsoft Power Platform solutions supporting U.S. Army users. Design, develop, deploy, and troubleshoot Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related integrations. Resolve environment and component issues, coordinate with Tier 3 support, maintain documentation and knowledge bases, support governance and compliance, and assist end users and administrators. The role requires Power Platform expertise, Army or DoD environment experience, active Secret clearance, and multiple Microsoft certifications.

Administer and support Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform solutions for Army and DoD environments. Responsibilities include managing Power BI tenants, workspaces, capacities, gateways, data refreshes, access, reports, performance, semantic models, governance, DLP policies, and support tickets. The role provides Tier 2 remote support, coordinates with Tier 3 teams, troubleshoots enterprise environments, maintains documentation, and assists end users and administrators while staying current with platform updates.

Leads the full federal contracting lifecycle, including proposal support, negotiations, contract execution, administration, compliance, modifications, reporting, subcontracting, and closeout. Manages prime contracts, subcontracts, vendor agreements, organizational conflict-of-interest plans, contract documentation, government reporting systems, and compliance with FAR, DFARS, and related regulations. Partners with capture, finance, service delivery, leadership, government agencies, clients, and subcontractors while developing training, policies, templates, and performance reports.

Provides phone and in-person technical support for users, including email, directory services, Windows desktop applications, contract-developed applications, PCs, and printers. Serves as the initial contact for hardware and software troubleshooting. The role requires on-site Pentagon support, customer service, communication skills, CompTIA certifications, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Lead the design, implementation, customization, integration, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions for federal clients. Translate business requirements into secure cloud architectures, lead Agile teams, establish DevSecOps practices, oversee testing and environment management, mentor technical staff, and support deployments, training, compliance, proposals, and continuous improvement. Periodic travel within the National Capital Region is required.

Maintains and monitors cybersecurity controls across classified NIPR and SIPR environments. Responsibilities include managing RMF packages, compliance documentation, security plans, continuous monitoring, risk assessments, audits, incident response, vulnerability remediation, system authorization documentation, and information security policies. The role requires expertise in DoD security standards, STIG compliance, ACAS, Windows, Linux, virtualization, and classified network technologies, along with an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Leads cybersecurity operations and FISMA compliance for federal computing environments. Responsibilities include vulnerability scanning, patching, hardening, baseline and configuration management, logging, auditing, network defense, security event monitoring, data-flow analysis, incident response support, and FISMA documentation and reporting. The role coordinates with systems engineers, operations personnel, and program management to maintain secure, compliant systems and communicate security posture and remediation status.

Architect, implement, and sustain secure hybrid cloud solutions across Azure and AWS for DoD missions. Lead design and deployment of greenfield environments, endpoint management (Intune, Defender, Purview, AVD), IaC (Terraform/Bicep/ARM/CloudFormation), automation (PowerShell/Python/CLI), networking, monitoring, and RMF/NIST/Zero Trust compliance. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams.

Design, engineer, and sustain secure Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud solutions for DoD missions. Implement hybrid identity (Entra ID/AD), Zero Trust controls, IaC, networking, monitoring, and support ATO/RMF compliance in classified environments. Provide documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration.

Architect, implement, and sustain secure hybrid cloud solutions across Azure and AWS for DoD missions. Design IaC, endpoint management (Intune, Defender, Purview, AVD), secure networking, automation, monitoring, and compliance with NIST/RMF and Zero Trust. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support system accreditation.

Design, implement, and sustain secure Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud solutions for DoD environments. Lead hybrid identity (Entra ID/AD/Entra Connect) and Zero Trust implementations, build Azure Landing Zones and IaC automation, design secure networking, support ATO/RMF/STIG compliance, produce architecture and operational documentation, troubleshoot complex cloud/identity/security issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-aligned cloud modernization solutions.

Serve as the technical authority for enterprise Active Directory migrations using Quest tools. Lead design, planning, execution, troubleshooting, and optimization of large-scale forest consolidations and workstation/profile migrations. Develop runbooks, automation (PowerShell/Azure CLI/Python), and STIG-compliant processes; coordinate with Identity, Endpoint, and Security teams to preserve access (SID History), resolve authentication/trust issues, and ensure secure, low-impact cutovers.

Design, maintain, and optimize Elastic Stack data pipelines for cybersecurity telemetry. Ingest, parse, transform, validate, and enrich high-volume logs/events; map to ECS, support dashboards, alerts, threat detection, incident response, and compliance; document schemas and governance; automate and troubleshoot ingestion and performance issues using scripting and Git-based practices.

Lead design and migration of legacy MECM/AD-joined endpoints to Azure AD-joined, Intune-managed environments. Architect Intune policies, Autopilot provisioning, application packaging/deployment, Windows update configuration, and integrations with Defender, Conditional Access, and SIEM/SOC. Collaborate across identity, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure, scalable endpoint management and migration.

Design, deploy, secure, and maintain enterprise VMware virtualization and storage environments. Lead VDI/Omnissa operations, DISA STIG hardening, performance tuning, troubleshooting, documentation, mentorship, vendor coordination, and architecture roadmap development to support mission requirements.

Lead design, deployment, and management of AIOps solutions using Splunk and MLTK to provide predictive analytics, closed-loop incident remediation, and secure telemetry integration with ServiceNow and SolarWinds. Architect observability across classified/unclassified enclaves, deploy ML models, automate remediation, and ensure compliance with DoW STIGs and IL5/IL6.

Lead business development and capture across DHS and civilian federal agencies. Identify and qualify opportunities, build pipelines, execute capture and proposal strategies, engage customers pre-solicitation, position technology solutions (AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data), manage teaming partnerships, and provide market and competitor insights to drive wins.

Manage and enhance NICHD IT security posture: run vulnerability scanning, patching, hardening, logging/auditing, configuration management, incident response, and network defense. Support FISMA compliance, perform security assessments and annual reporting, review system security documentation, and coordinate with systems/O&M teams to maintain secure, baseline configurations and remediate vulnerabilities.

Design, build, and maintain Power BI and MicroStrategy dashboards and reports; perform ETL and data integration from diverse sources; support IT operations through data analysis; ensure data accuracy and compliance with DoW STIGs and IL5/IL6/IL7; document solutions and train users; collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into visualizations.

Lead COMSEC implementation and lifecycle management: enforce COMSEC policy, deploy and sustain cryptographic hardware, protect keying material, perform rekeying, maintain asset accountability and audit readiness, provide custodian training and SME cryptographic integration support for CONUS deployments.
