Lead design and migration of legacy MECM/AD-joined endpoints to Azure AD-joined, Intune-managed environments. Architect Intune policies, Autopilot provisioning, application packaging/deployment, Windows update configuration, and integrations with Defender, Conditional Access, and SIEM/SOC. Collaborate across identity, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure, scalable endpoint management and migration.

Provide Tier 1 IT service desk support for DTRA classified and unclassified systems: act as first point of contact, triage and resolve incidents, meet SLA/AQL targets, document tickets in Remedy/ServiceNow, follow ITSM/ITIL processes, perform deskside and remote support, create KB articles, and support hardware/software and account access.

Design, maintain, and optimize Elastic Stack data pipelines for cybersecurity telemetry. Ingest, parse, transform, validate, and enrich high-volume logs/events; map to ECS, support dashboards, alerts, threat detection, incident response, and compliance; document schemas and governance; automate and troubleshoot ingestion and performance issues using scripting and Git-based practices.
