Design, maintain, and optimize Elastic Stack data pipelines for cybersecurity telemetry. Develop and execute strategic communications plans for Air Force IT services across the National Capital Region. The role coordinates messaging, advises leadership, creates newsletters and service notifications, supports UX initiatives, trains personnel, develops awareness campaigns, and improves customer engagement. It requires government or military experience, strong communications expertise, an active DoD Secret clearance, and DoD 8140 qualification.

Monitor and analyze SOC security alerts, investigate and triage incidents, correlate logs and network data, identify indicators of compromise, document findings, support incident response, and prepare technical and executive reports. The role also contributes to threat detection improvements and requires shift, weekend, and holiday support.
