Administers reverse logistics processes for JB Hi-Fi Group stores, coordinating returns, faulty goods, warranties, repairs, and Sale or Return programs. Supports stores, third-party logistics providers, suppliers, repair agents, and internal teams; monitors compliance, resolves in-transit stock issues, maintains databases, and processes queries. The role requires strong customer service, communication, systems literacy, process focus, and Tuesday-to-Saturday availability.

Coordinates end-to-end marketing events, including tradeshows, conferences, customer events, logistics, budgets, suppliers, venues, AV, catering, communications, lead capture, and ROI reporting. Supports the development and delivery of training programs, training content, learning pathways, and completion tracking for the commercial team. Requires strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills, with some travel and out-of-hours work.

Manages B2B customer accounts through onboarding, quoting, ordering, stock management, prospecting, CRM maintenance, email communication, and sales forecasting. Builds client and supplier relationships, supports e-commerce transactions, meets sales KPIs, and collaborates with internal stakeholders. The role is entry-level, hybrid, and operates Monday through Friday without weekend or evening work.

Process accurate weekly or fortnightly payroll for allocated business units, ensuring compliance with Modern Awards, employment contracts, legislation, and company policies. Maintain employee records, deductions, benefits, and superannuation; resolve payroll queries; investigate discrepancies; support reporting, forecasting, stakeholder communication, and process improvement initiatives.

Supports insurance replacement services for lost or stolen consumer products by liaising with insurers, customers, and stores. Responsibilities include validating and quoting products, handling inbound and outbound non-sales calls, preparing orders, managing caseloads, and meeting KPIs and service-level deadlines.

Lead and develop a store sales team to drive profitable sales growth. Build stakeholder relationships, coach staff using an in-house sales model, manage labour, inventory and controllable expenses, ensure compliance with consumer law, and uphold brand standards and visual merchandising to deliver excellent customer experiences.
