The role provides administrative and customer support for New Homes and Volume Builder commercial portfolios while ensuring accurate, timely processing and policy compliance.

Leads JB Business sales teams across NSW, driving revenue, profitability, market growth, customer retention, and strategic account development. Responsibilities include sales planning, forecasting, pipeline and KPI management, commercial negotiations, customer issue escalation, performance reporting, recruitment, coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and succession planning. The role partners with Business Development Managers and Inside Sales Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships and achieve state-level commercial objectives.

Supports store management and the Communications department by driving sales and profitability, coaching team members, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring compliance with safety, legislative, and incident-reporting processes. Provides customer-focused service, assists with retail sales and cash handling, and contributes to collective store performance.
