Coordinate back-of-house store operations to ensure efficient stock flow, inbound/outbound goods, returns and invoice processing. Enforce safety and compliance, support the operations team, and deliver excellent customer service while handling complaints and stakeholder communications.

Support the store management by coaching and training the Communications team to meet sales and profitability targets; maintain merchandising standards; ensure compliance, safety, and in-store processes; provide excellent customer service and support cash handling and POS transactions.

Provide hands-on employee relations advice and case management, coach leaders on performance and conduct, deliver training, manage investigations and injury matters, support talent and succession planning, partner with stakeholders on compliance, deliver people metrics and continuous improvement.
