Analyze SKU counts, item-level profitability, design productivity, and pricing across toy products. Build SQL queries and Sigma dashboards, identify margin risks and SKU rationalization opportunities, support new item planning, and communicate actionable insights to nontechnical Brand Operations and marketing stakeholders.

Supports regional marketing campaigns across multiple toy brands by developing strategies, briefs, presentations, and marketing assets. Coordinates creative, media, PR, influencer agencies, vendors, approvals, timelines, and deliverables. Manage the complete sales order lifecycle from award through delivery. Design and manage enterprise data architecture, models, integration pipelines, governance, metadata practices, and cloud data platforms. Build data structures supporting reporting, analytics, AI, and self-service business intelligence. Provide technical oversight through architecture and code reviews, collaborate with engineering and analytics teams, and maintain documentation. The role requires extensive SQL, data modeling, cloud architecture, data pipeline, source control, DataOps, and CI/CD experience, along with strong communication and project prioritization skills.
