The Brand Manager will lead product development for SquishPillow, collaborating with teams to ensure timely delivery, analyze market data, and guide product strategies, while mentoring junior staff.

Manage end-to-end Amazon content lifecycle (images, copy, video, A+ content, brand stores), optimize listings in Vendor Central, create Amazon Posts, oversee counterfeit enforcement with legal and Coresearch, and coordinate with marketing, copy/SEO, and photography teams to improve content and brand protection.

Provide frontline enterprise IT support for employees: troubleshoot Windows/macOS, hardware, software, networking, MFA, Okta, SentinelOne, and Zscaler issues; manage onboarding/offboarding, A/V and web conferencing support, ticketing documentation, asset tracking, vendor coordination, and escalate complex problems to engineering or vendors while improving support processes.

Lead development of plastic consumer toys from concept through production, ensuring brand and licensor alignment. Generate sketches, 2D/3D renderings, and prototypes; manage product development, specifications, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration; mentor junior designers and present concepts to stakeholders while staying current on materials and manufacturing trends.
