Leads end-to-end design and development of licensed Pokémon plush products, from research, ideation, sketching, and prototyping through testing, approvals, and production turnover. Collaborates with brand, licensing, packaging, engineering, manufacturing, and vendors to create compelling products that meet brand standards, quality requirements, timelines, and cost targets. Reviews specifications, sculpts, paint masters, samples, and design changes while resolving development issues.

Leads global social media strategy, brand storytelling, community engagement, social commerce, and reputation management across major entertainment properties. Oversees social budgets, agencies, platform partnerships, analytics, crisis response, and a global team of managers and creators. Partners with Sales, E-commerce, Product, Marketing, PR, regional teams, executives, and licensors to drive brand affinity, engagement, and revenue while responding rapidly to cultural trends and platform changes.

Design, implement, and maintain EDI applications and mappings; monitor and troubleshoot EDI and batch processes; onboard suppliers and coordinate with vendors; provide production on-call support; improve EDI workflows; and create documentation and metrics for management reporting.
