Leads creative direction and brand integrity for Squishmallows consumer products across global licensees and retail channels. Reviews product designs, packaging, marketing materials, and samples; translates trends into brand-aligned strategies; manages approval calendars and process improvements; develops creative assets and mock-ups; collaborates cross-functionally; and mentors a creative team.

Leads end-to-end design and development of licensed Pokémon toys, from ideation and prototyping through production. Creates play systems, control drawings, rendered concepts, and product specifications while ensuring brand, cost, quality, and licensor requirements. Collaborates with brand, engineering, packaging, manufacturing, vendors, and The Pokémon Company; presents concepts, supports user testing, resolves development issues, and manages transitions to mass production.

Supports regional marketing campaigns across multiple toy brands by developing strategies, briefs, presentations, timelines, and marketing assets. Coordinates creative, media, PR, influencer, procurement, and distributor partners; manages approvals, deliverables, vendors, and invoices. Conducts research into trends, sales data, pop culture, and consumer behavior, and prepares campaign reporting and recaps. The role requires strong organization, communication, creative execution, collaboration, and familiarity with digital marketing tactics.
