Oversee global logistics and international trade compliance operations, including HTS classifications, import compliance policies, tariff monitoring, documentation, and customs requirements. Lead logistics personnel, manage carriers, forwarders, brokers, and cross-functional partnerships, provide training, investigate compliance gaps, and implement corrective actions and process improvements. Use ACE/CARM reporting and logistics systems to support ethical, cost-effective product delivery worldwide.

Leads enterprise master data management strategy, governance, quality, workflows, and transformation initiatives. Builds and mentors a data operations team, establishes data ownership and KPIs, drives Lean Six Sigma process improvements, and oversees MDM platform implementations, data cleansing, migrations, ERP transformations, and M&A integrations. Partners with executive stakeholders across IT, finance, sales, supply chain, BI, and product teams to ensure trusted operational data supports analytics and AI/ML initiatives.
