Lead end-to-end product execution for trend-driven plush and plastic brands: manage development from concept to shelf, liaise with licensors, analyze POS and consumer data, track costs and profitability, collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and maintain project timelines using PM tools.

Lead enterprise master data strategy, governance, and execution across customer, product, vendor, financial, and employee domains. Build and mentor an MDM team, partner with CPI and cross-functional leaders to drive data quality and process improvements, select and optimize MDM tools, oversee large-scale data migrations/cleanses, define KPIs/SLAs, and present governance strategy to executive leadership.
