The Brand Manager will lead product development for SquishPillow, collaborating with teams to ensure timely delivery, analyze market data, and guide product strategies, while mentoring junior staff.

Lead and mentor a team of digital and graphic designers to deliver on-brand print and digital assets across social, retail, and marketing. Oversee design systems, art direction, quality control, timelines, cross-functional communication, licensor approvals, performance reviews, and KPI documentation.

Provide operational and administrative support to in-house counsel, manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, maintain contract management systems, track milestones and compliance, liaise with Procurement/Finance/HR/Sales, administer e-signature platforms, support audits and litigation holds, prepare templates and clause libraries, and assist with legal research and routine attorney support.
