Lead enterprise master data strategy, governance, and execution across customer, product, vendor, financial, and employee domains. Build and mentor an MDM team, partner with CPI and cross-functional leaders to drive data quality and process improvements, select and optimize MDM tools, oversee large-scale data migrations/cleanses, define KPIs/SLAs, and present governance strategy to executive leadership.

Support cross-functional process improvement projects using DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma: map current and future-state processes, analyze data, build KPI trackers, maintain SOPs and RACI models, run Kaizen events, create training materials, and track project outcomes to sustain efficiency gains.

Lead brand and product development for sports/pop-culture consumer products (plush, plastic, action figures). Manage cross-functional teams, licensors, vendors, and development milestones; analyze sales and trends to inform product strategy, retail exclusives, budgeting, and inventory. Supervise staff and drive timely, high-quality line execution.
