Researches, writes, edits, and coordinates marketing content across blogs, websites, email, newsletters, and campaigns. Maintains brand voice, creates promotional materials, conducts market research, collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, and manages multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Prospect and qualify potential customers using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn; conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn; ask discovery questions; set discovery calls for directors; track outreach and pipeline activity in HubSpot; use jShip to support customer shipment coordination and resolve issues.

Jarrett Logistics offers semester internships (primarily in logistics, sales, marketing, and business). Interns must work in-office at least 18 hours per week during the fall semester and will support client-carrier coordination, customer service, and operational tasks in a collaborative culture.

Coordinate shipment setup, tracking, and carrier/customer communication to ensure timely delivery. Maintain databases and reports, answer calls and emails, troubleshoot shipment issues, and provide customer service. Work full-time onsite with training provided; focus on problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.
