Perform advanced SATCOM systems engineering: assess architectures, terminals, waveforms, link budgets, RF equipment and antennas; analyze performance, throughput and loading; conduct design reviews and evaluations for commercial and military satellite systems; coordinate with Army stakeholders and vendors; serve as subject matter expert on modulation, coding, protocols, and MIL-STD certification processes.

Requires AIM II, CPM/LMS/LAS familiarity, strong communication, and an active Secret clearance. On-site at NAS Pensacola with occasional travel.

Support system design, integration, test, and operations for ground and satellite systems. Plan and execute system integration, manage requirements decomposition and traceability, support verification/validation, configuration/baseline management, identify and resolve integration risks, and coordinate across test, operations, and multi-wave (MW) systems in a classified environment.

Designs, develops, administers, and supervises formal training programs using ISD/ADDIE and ILE principles. Produces instructional materials, selects media, applies adult-learning theories (Andragogy, Bloom, Gagne, etc.), and identifies training deficiencies to modify training systems.

Perform accounting, budgeting, cost estimating, forecasting, and financial analysis for NETC programs. Prepare reports, ensure compliance with fiscal laws and policies, support audits, lead budget reviews, validate financial data, and provide recommendations for financial planning and decision-making.

Support system and segment-level integration, develop ground integration and test plans, manage integration events and schedules, execute verification and validation, identify and resolve integration risks, manage technical baseline and configuration, provide RMF cybersecurity support, and facilitate cross-functional integration working groups for 24/7 operational support.

Support PM C2 Transport by designing, integrating, automating, and documenting CPE C2IN Tactical Network systems. Develop and maintain configuration baselines, manage configuration tools and version control, oversee software delivery and test/deployment, participate in design reviews and audits, coordinate integrated product teams, and provide technical leadership and independent engineering support.

Design, integrate, and maintain tactical and strategic military communications networks (DISN/GIG). Gather requirements, develop architectures, lead engineering and field integration, troubleshoot networks, and provide documentation and technical support using virtualization, storage, Cisco systems, routing protocols, VOIP, and protocol analysis tools.

Support development, integration, testing, and readiness for PEO C3T Tactical Network systems. Maintain configuration baselines and CM tools, participate in IPTs, prepare technical documentation, manage software version control and deployments, analyze configuration issues, and assist design reviews and audits to ensure software baseline integrity.

Design, develop, test, and integrate software for Army tactical radios and communications. Provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, debug complex issues, support system-level testing and fielding, maintain documentation to DoD standards, and collaborate with program managers and systems engineers. Travel ~20%.

Lead operational engineering for missile warning integration and test, providing 24/7 support for system design, integration, configuration and sustainment, risk identification and mitigation, cross-functional coordination, mission performance monitoring, and readiness validation.

Design, integrate, install, and maintain tactical and strategic military communications networks (WIN-T, DISN, GIG). Develop architecture, gather requirements, lead engineering/integration, produce technical documentation, provide lab and field support, and apply virtualization, storage, and Cisco networking technologies and routing protocols to ensure secure Data/Voice/Video/Telephony operations.

Build and harden secure Azure/Azure Government cloud platforms for the Army's Data Science Environment. Automate infrastructure via IaC, create CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized workloads, implement DevSecOps and compliance (STIG/RMF), and improve reliability, observability, and operational support for analytics and AI/ML teams.
