Develops and maintains program-level Integrated Master Schedules for CPE Ground, coordinating OEM and government milestones and deliverables. Analyzes critical paths, float, metrics, earned value, schedule variances, and performance. Uses Microsoft Project and enterprise scheduling tools to track progress, identify risks, propose scheduling improvements, and mentor program staff as the scheduling subject matter expert.

Leads workforce training and development across the HRD lifecycle, manages DAWIA and CES compliance, and synchronizes manpower workflows. The role also supports DoD program budgeting, appropriation analysis, POM and APRV development, SPAR activities, acquisition milestone tracking, and financial execution using ERP systems. Perform DoD-focused accounting, budgeting, forecasting, fund allocation and management for CTC and CSFE. Validate and process transactions in SABRS/ERP, review travel vouchers (DTS) and WAWF invoices, prepare fund status and mid-year reports, support fiscal guidance, and provide financial briefings.

Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for a complex adult education/vocational training IT system: install and configure hardware/software, troubleshoot outages, implement security protocols, plan and execute IT projects, manage user accounts and permissions, design and develop applications, ensure systems quality, and integrate hardware/software components.

Serve as technical SME for Seabee Readiness: research educational technologies; design curriculum and tests; provide writing and test-writing training; conduct training needs analyses; plan workshops; facilitate sessions; create course materials; maintain supplies; troubleshoot system issues.

Manage and deliver IT classroom and database projects: validate Electronic Classroom requirements, track and implement ECR conversions, load simulations, maintain project plans, design and administer databases and data warehousing, ensure information assurance practices, recommend IT strategies and hardware/software, coordinate stakeholders, and support annual budgeting and reporting.

Support NETC program leaders by collecting, validating, analyzing, and modeling data; maintain databases and dashboards; produce executive briefings, reports, and risk assessments; oversee risk tracking and mentor junior analysts; present findings to leadership and governance bodies.

Architect and deploy AI-enabled decision-support platforms across Palantir Foundry, Army Vantage, Azure, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Design ontologies, applications, data pipelines, dashboards, and LLM-powered agents with citation, confidence scoring, and human review. Lead classified NIPR-to-SIPR deployments, governance, testing, accreditation coordination, and architecture decisions. Integrate React, Python, and Foundry Functions while briefing technical recommendations to senior military leadership and supporting Army experimentation and modernization events.

Integrate G-3/5/7 staff activities into decision-ready products: prepare briefings, SITREPs, orders, and trackers; collect and consolidate inputs; manage taskers; support strategic-engagement planning and command events; maintain collaboration and task-tracking tools; coordinate across stakeholders and provide action-officer support through closure.

Support and integrate the Army Campaign of Learning by linking concepts, experimentation, M&S, wargaming, S&T, and capability analysis. Develop and maintain plans, roadmaps, traceability products, assess analytical rigor, resolve gaps with stakeholders, facilitate senior-level forums, and produce executive briefings and status products to inform future-force decisions.

Lead integration of Army concepts, experimentation, requirements, DOTMLPF-P solutions, and senior-leader decision forums. Plan and execute Quarterly Integration Forums, facilitate cross-functional teams, develop gap-risk mitigation methods, maintain traceability and records, prepare executive briefings and decision-support products, and support contract deliverables and recurring reports.

Plan, coordinate, and integrate FCC participation in Army and Joint exercises, experiments, wargames, and Soldier Touchpoints. Convert learning and experimentation requirements into executable orders, sourcing actions, event support plans, trackers/dashboards, and concise decision-quality updates for leadership. Draft orders, participate in synchronization forums, and produce recurring decision-support products and lessons learned.

Support system design, integration, test, and operations for ground and satellite systems. Plan and execute system integration, manage requirements decomposition and traceability, support verification/validation, configuration/baseline management, identify and resolve integration risks, and coordinate across test, operations, and multi-wave (MW) systems in a classified environment.

Provide systems engineering support for FORGE FLITE+ at Buckley SFB, including requirements development, hardware/software design support, V&V, technical documentation, cross-functional coordination, and integration with government SE teams for 24/7 operational support.

Lead system verification, validation, integration, and operational test activities for mission-critical systems. Develop and execute test plans, analyze results, identify risks, and coordinate with engineering and operations to improve system reliability and verification effectiveness.
