Perform advanced SATCOM systems engineering: assess architectures, terminals, waveforms, link budgets, RF equipment and antennas; analyze performance, throughput and loading; conduct design reviews and evaluations for commercial and military satellite systems; coordinate with Army stakeholders and vendors; serve as subject matter expert on modulation, coding, protocols, and MIL-STD certification processes.

Lead enterprise-level missile warning system integration and test. Define system-of-systems interfaces, plan and execute integration across ground, satellite, and C2 architectures. Decompose requirements, develop CONOPS, oversee verification/validation, manage configuration and technical baselines, apply digital engineering/MBSE, coordinate DevSecOps and cloud integration, manage cross-program stakeholders, and identify/mitigate integration risks.

Analyze and validate curriculum and operational data for NETC, build dashboards, reports, and data models (Power Apps/Power BI/OBIEE), provide training, and recommend process automation to improve program efficiency and data integrity.
