Own the customer experience for a B2B SaaS startup, serving as the primary contact for brand customers and resolving issues across email, Slack, and calls. Build scalable customer support playbooks, documentation, tooling, and processes; establish support infrastructure; track customer health, adoption, retention, and service metrics; and translate customer insights into product roadmap priorities. Help scale the function through hiring and training while partnering closely with founders, product, and engineering.

Own product experiences from concept through production, including user flows, prototypes, polished frontend interfaces, and reusable UI patterns. Simplify complex wholesale workflows, design interactions for AI agents, work directly with customers, and incorporate user feedback. The role requires strong UI/UX judgment, frontend engineering ability, systems thinking, and initiative in a fast-growing startup environment.

Lead and build Jampack's end-to-end sales motion for CPG wholesale operators: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing, and creating a repeatable sales playbook while partnering with a GTM engineer and CEO.

Lead customer discovery and map CPG operations to identify automation opportunities. Translate requirements between brands and engineers, manage end-to-end implementations, provide post-launch support, advise on operational improvements, and feed learnings back to product while driving automation.

As a founding engineer, you will build the core platform for an AI-native order-to-cash system, including APIs, data models, and integrations across backend, data engineering, and frontend. You will enhance the user experience by designing and deploying critical features while ensuring reliability and observability of workflows.

Embed with CPG operations teams to own end-to-end customer onboarding, map purchase-order-to-cash workflows, build and troubleshoot integrations (EDI, ERP, accounting), translate operational needs into data models and product features, and act as the technical bridge between customers and engineering.
