Lead customer discovery and map CPG operations to identify automation opportunities. Translate requirements between brands and engineers, manage end-to-end implementations, provide post-launch support, advise on operational improvements, and feed learnings back to product while driving automation.

As a founding engineer, you will build the core platform for an AI-native order-to-cash system, including APIs, data models, and integrations across backend, data engineering, and frontend. You will enhance the user experience by designing and deploying critical features while ensuring reliability and observability of workflows.

Embed with CPG operations teams to own end-to-end customer onboarding, map purchase-order-to-cash workflows, build and troubleshoot integrations (EDI, ERP, accounting), translate operational needs into data models and product features, and act as the technical bridge between customers and engineering.
