Own CNC manufacturing engineering projects for complex, high-precision metallic components. Develop and validate 3- to 5-axis CNC programs, select cutting tools and machining parameters, design workholding, optimize machining and inspection processes, and ensure quality, efficiency, and customer requirements. Support documentation, audits, lean initiatives, nonconformance resolution, onboarding, and team development while collaborating with design, APQP, assembly, and cross-functional teams.

Design mechanical parts and complex assemblies, perform stress calculations and FEA, optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, weight, and usability, and create manufacturing and assembly documentation. Collaborate with manufacturing and assembly teams, resolve non-conformances, manage design risks, support team development, and follow quality, lean, 5S, ISO, and AS9100 processes.

Owns general administration across facilities, logistics, security, transportation, visitors, travel, events, safety, compliance, and staff support. Coordinates government and police liaison, licenses, audits, insurance, health and safety, canteen operations, shifts, and company vehicles. The role also develops SOPs, supports lean and 5S practices, tracks KPIs, guides team members, and manages administrative documentation and improvement activities.

Leads the procurement and purchasing function, including strategic sourcing, supplier selection, bidding, contracts, inventory, stores, purchase processes, compliance, risk mitigation, and spend optimization. Establishes SOPs, KPIs, audits, quality systems, lean practices, and improvement programs while managing budgets, teams, shifts, training, and cross-functional coordination with supply chain and finance.

Designs jigs, fixtures, tooling, parts, and complex assemblies using SolidWorks, stress calculations, and FEA. Optimizes designs for manufacturability, cost, weight, and usability; produces manufacturing drawings and technical documentation; collaborates with manufacturing and assembly teams; resolves non-conformances; manages risks, KPIs, budgets, and delivery schedules; and supports lean, 5S, onboarding, and team development.

Lead procurement and store operations for aerospace metallic components. Responsibilities include sourcing materials, negotiating and managing supplier contracts, onboarding and auditing suppliers, resolving quality and delivery issues, optimizing inventory through ERP, forecasting, lean, and 5S practices, supporting compliance audits, and collaborating with engineering, production, and finance. The role also drives cost savings, risk mitigation, supplier development, and efficient purchase order, goods receipt, storage, and issue processes.

Manage and improve the end-to-end supply chain for CNC-machined aerospace components. Responsibilities include procurement, supplier performance, inventory control, logistics, strategic sourcing, supplier development, risk mitigation, demand forecasting, MRP planning, compliance, KPI reporting, and cost reduction. The role coordinates material, tooling, and fixture availability with production and engineering teams while supporting audits, quality standards, continuous improvement, and supply continuity.

Develop manufacturing and quality plans for complex assemblies, including make-or-buy analysis, detailed process steps, ERP/MES route cards, manufacturing drawings, bills of material, inspection plans, and scheduling. Coordinate with design, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and quality teams. Resolve nonconformances, apply lean and 5S principles, monitor KPIs, and deliver work on time and within budget.
