Own CNC manufacturing engineering projects for complex, high-precision metallic components. Develop and validate 3- to 5-axis CNC programs, select cutting tools and machining parameters, design workholding, optimize machining and inspection processes, and ensure quality, efficiency, and customer requirements. Support documentation, audits, lean initiatives, nonconformance resolution, onboarding, and team development while collaborating with design, APQP, assembly, and cross-functional teams.

Design mechanical parts and complex assemblies, perform stress calculations and FEA, optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, weight, and usability, and create manufacturing and assembly documentation. Collaborate with manufacturing and assembly teams, resolve non-conformances, manage design risks, support team development, and follow quality, lean, 5S, ISO, and AS9100 processes.

Owns general administration across facilities, logistics, security, transportation, visitors, travel, events, safety, compliance, and staff support. Coordinates government and police liaison, licenses, audits, insurance, health and safety, canteen operations, shifts, and company vehicles. The role also develops SOPs, supports lean and 5S practices, tracks KPIs, guides team members, and manages administrative documentation and improvement activities.
