Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process for Jaguar and Land Rover, demonstrate vehicle features, manage leads with CRM, follow up with clients, meet monthly sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Lead used-vehicle operations to achieve 55+ monthly retail sales by managing traffic, pricing, inventory acquisition, merchandising, and team performance. Analyze metrics, coach sales staff, enforce CRM follow-up, optimize profitability, and collaborate with F&I and leadership to improve conversion, turn, and customer satisfaction.

Lead dealership Finance & Insurance operations: present financing and protection products, secure lender approvals, structure and fund deals, ensure regulatory compliance, train sales staff, and maintain lender relationships to deliver a luxury customer experience.

Support month-end close, prepare and post financial statements, manage daily accounting operations (bank deposits, cash reporting, reconciliations), prepare tax reports, monitor factory incentives and vehicle coding, prepare commission and chargeback reports, assist with audits, compile management reports, and supervise/train accounting staff to ensure accurate dealership financial reporting.
