Provides executive leadership for nursing and clinical services, overseeing patient safety, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, workforce development, and clinical performance. Leads nursing managers and teams, establishes evidence-based standards, monitors outcomes and nursing-sensitive indicators, supports strategic planning, and collaborates with physicians and executive leadership. Requires an active RN license, advanced nursing education, extensive nursing leadership experience, and strong financial, operational, communication, and change-management skills.

Provides direct bedside nursing care for pediatric through aging adult patients in a progressive care setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, wound care, catheter and IV procedures, vital-sign monitoring, pain management, patient education, discharge planning, documentation, safety, infection control, and collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role requires an Iowa Registered Nurse license and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Provides perioperative nursing care in the operating room, including preparation, instrument handling, sterile field maintenance, patient positioning, and documentation. Collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia, and the multidisciplinary team, performs counts, and monitors patient status during procedures. Teaches and advocates for patients and families, follows regulatory and safety standards, and helps maintain OR cleanliness and equipment readiness.

Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care for pediatric through aging adult patients in a progressive care setting. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, IV starts, wound care, vital sign monitoring, patient/family education, discharge planning, documentation, and collaborating with the healthcare team while adhering to nursing standards and safety protocols.

Provide diagnostic imaging services using ultrasound technology, preparing patients, operating equipment, analyzing images, and documenting findings according to safety protocols.
