Provides administrative and clerical support to the CFO and CNO, including calendar and email management, scheduling, document preparation, filing, meetings, travel, office logistics, reception, data entry, event coordination, customer inquiries, insurance prior authorizations, and compliance activities.

Perform and process clinical laboratory tests (blood, urine, stool), analyze and report results, maintain equipment and quality control, manage inventory, follow infection control and regulatory standards (CLIA, Joint Commission, CMS), and collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Provides perioperative nursing care in the operating room, including preparation, instrument handling, sterile field maintenance, patient positioning, and documentation. Collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia, and the multidisciplinary team, performs counts, and monitors patient status during procedures. Teaches and advocates for patients and families, follows regulatory and safety standards, and helps maintain OR cleanliness and equipment readiness.
