Provide onsite general IT support: onboard new hires, manage GoTo VOIP, troubleshoot network printers, resolve employee IT requests, install and update software and drivers, diagnose system issues, log and update tickets, and communicate status to employees.

Sell new and used vehicles by building relationships, demonstrating vehicles, handling objections, completing post-delivery paperwork, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Attend product and sales training and follow up on customer needs.

Sell new and used Subaru vehicles by greeting customers, conducting walk-arounds and test drives, assisting with financing and paperwork, meeting monthly sales goals, maintaining customer relationships, participating in training, and ensuring a positive dealership experience.

Manage finance and insurance processes for vehicle sales: secure financing approvals, maintain lender relationships, complete and verify all sales paperwork, manage alternative finance sources and insurance files, train sales staff on programs, ensure collection of F&I fees, prepare finance penetration reports, and maintain professional customer-facing service.
