Manage finance and insurance (F&I) for vehicle sales: establish lender relationships, process finance and lease deals, complete and verify all sales paperwork, maintain insurance files, ensure collection of F&I fees, train and inform sales staff, prepare finance penetration reports, and maintain required contracts and documentation.

Provide onsite general IT support: onboard new hires, manage GoTo VOIP, troubleshoot network printers, resolve employee IT requests, install and update software and drivers, diagnose system issues, log and update tickets, and communicate status to employees.

Sell new and used vehicles by building relationships, demonstrating vehicles, handling objections, completing post-delivery paperwork, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Attend product and sales training and follow up on customer needs.
