Provides administrative and operational support to the hotel Sales team. Coordinates contracts, proposals, group reservations, meeting rooms, event setups, Banquet Event Orders, reports, documentation, and interdepartmental communication. Assists with business solicitation, site tours, marketing materials, social media, guest interactions, and hotel-related events while maintaining organized records and high service standards.

Oversee hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, reservations, guest services, security, and maintenance. Maximize guest satisfaction, revenue, occupancy, and financial performance while maintaining brand standards, budgets, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance. Lead department heads, schedules, cost controls, recruiting, training, coaching, complaint resolution, and daily operational meetings. Support seamless service delivery and participate in the Manager on Duty program.

Oversee hotel maintenance operations and staff while ensuring HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems operate safely and efficiently. Develop preventive maintenance programs, manage contractors and expenses, maintain regulatory and life-safety compliance, respond to maintenance requests, and communicate property conditions and improvement needs to hotel management. The role also supports guest satisfaction, team training, emergency procedures, and overall hotel operations.
